HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR – LOCATION: HYBRID – BARCELONA/ALT URGELL

Functions and responsibilities:
* Lead the People department.
* Manage and mentor HR team of 3 people.
* People & Culture roadmap
* Be part of the Management Committee
* Establish and manage Human Resources processes.
* Provide support to Corporate in managing key talent across non-European subsidiaries.
* Define and implement HR policies: Talent management, recruitment, selection, retention, etc.
* Supervision and coordination of labor and human resources management with the different subsidiaries in Europe. Management and supervision of the Security/PRL Area.
* HR Strategy – Contribute to the development of HR strategic plans for the organization, which are linked and in sync with the strategic aspirations and requirements of the business. Provide expertise and insight to management.
* Ensure that critical employee relations on an individual basis (performance issues, salary issues, Compensation & Benefits, change of responsibilities, termination, etc.) are being handled in a professional manner. With good analytical exposure and rigor.
* Create and implement employee development plans that are targeted to the organization’s goals and objectives
* Lead internal communication actions, as well as define and implement the necessary tools and resources to contribute to the development of people and the organization.
* Negotiation and communication with the work council.
/ Profile/ Skills
* University Degree or equivalent.
* Human Resources Manager with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
* Proven and successful experience in supporting organizational changes from a HR perspective.
* Action oriented
* A first-class communicator and the ability to influence and mediate at all levels internally.
* A self-starter who is prepared to take a hands-on approach to create a professional and respected HR function.
* Fluency in English and Spanish, a must.Appreciated good knowledge in Catalan. xpzdshu
