ChooseMyCompany annually accredits companies and schools via 6 main labels: HappyIndex®AtWork (commitment), WeImpactIndex® (ESG performance), HappyIndex®Trainees (interns / alternates), HappyIndex®AtSchool (students), HappyIndex®Candidates (recruited or not), HappyIndex®Clients (suppliers) Supporting its clients in the interpretation of data and the implementation of rapid and measurable action plans Communication of ESG certified opinions and CSR and HR labels in a large digital, media, school and event ecosystembr/br/Our commercial offer:br/br/Offer our clients a subscription to a SaaS software that allows them to collect, analyze and communicate ESG certified opinions. Then, if they wish to progress, personalized support based on the measurement of the effectiveness of the actions undertaken.br/br/Our clients:br/br/More than 1,000 companies and organizations, of all sizes and in all sectors, in France and abroad. ChooseMyCompany works with 3/4 of the CAC40 companies, mid-sized companies, SMEs and Startups. Today, ChooseMyCompany is : - A company with a mission of 60 employees with the desire to place the individual at the heart of organizations - 20% growth per year - Profitable and financially independent: 75% of the capital is held by the 3 operational founders CEO, CRO and CTO - The support of IMPACT Partners (social impact funds) - An international presence (Spain, Italy and Portugal ) but 100% made in - 800 clients who renew their trust 90% of the time each yearbr/br/As anbr/br/Account Managerbr/br/for the Spanish and Italian market, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients. You will oversee thebr/br/entire customer lifecycle, including contract renewals, strategic account management, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and supporting the implementation of theirbr/br/ESG reputation programs. Your main goal: ensurebr/br/customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth. Reporting to a Team Lead and working closely with the Country Manager, your responsibilities will include: Account Management Renewals Manage a portfolio of existing clients in the Spanish or Italian market Serve as their main day-to-day point of contact Prepare and lead the contract renewal process Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (additional products, support services, training…)br/br/Technical and Functional Support on ESG Surveys Onboard clients to our back-office platform Present the features and functionalities available to them Support clients in setting up their surveys and throughout the project lifecycle Close the survey process and manage the final accreditationbr/br/Cross-functional Involvement Participate in and take ownership of cross-functional projects aimed at improving the customer experience and platform usagebr/br/Profile Master’s degree (Bac+5) withbr/br/3 to 5 years of experiencebr/br/inbr/br/account management ,br/br/customer success, orbr/br/B2B client-facing roles, ideally in a SaaS / HR-related environment Fluent inbr/br/Spanish and Italian Strongbr/br/customer service mindsetbr/br/and ability to build trust-based relationships Comfortable using CRM and back-office tools Deep interest inbr/br/HR, CSR, and employer brandingbr/br/topics Highlybr/br/organized ,br/br/rigorous, and a strong team playerbr/br/Position based in our co-working in Barcelona !
