brThe Cost Analyst, part of the GBFS organization, is responsible for maintaining product standard costs and intercompany prices across all ERP systems within the EMEA region. The role supports cost analysis, reporting, internal controls, and audit activities, working closely with manufacturing sites and Business Finance teams.

brKey Responsibilities

brProduct Costing
brCalculate and maintain quarterly standard costs.
brAnalyze raw materials and other cost drivers impacting product costs.
brSupport the annual manufacturing rates upload process.
brEnsure intercompany prices are correctly calculated and uploaded.
brPrepare standard cost variance analyses and explanations for stakeholders.

brClosing, Audit SOX
brSupport plants during internal and external audits, including system-driven transactions (inventories, Magna Carta, inventory valuation).
brSupport monthly closing activities: volumes reporting, Goods in Transit, accruals.
brCoordinate with plants to explain major cost impacts and variances.
brPerform SSPL reclassifications when required due to system limitations.

brMonitor and report on SSPL and Magna Carta.
brTrack inventory losses, analyze root causes, and assess financial impact.
brParticipate in annual physical inventory audits.
brProvide remote support for physical inventories at consignment warehouses.

brBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
brStrong analytical and numerical skills.

brHands-on, proactive, and independent working style.
