Overview
Position: Account Manager
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
Responsibilities
* Manage partners proactively, providing a timely response and resolution to incoming queries via telephone
* Drive sales opportunities to meet sales quota and targets
* Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary
* Maintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track their progress
* Provide an accurate forecast to management on a regular basis
* Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
* Liaise with commercial teams to optimize promotions and feedback customer needs.
Requirements
* Native / fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
* B2B sales experience is essential
* Solid sales background is needed
* Accounting management experience is needed
* Previous experience working with channel is a plus
* Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
* Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork / collaboration, motivation, and time / work prioritization
* Good computer skills
* Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
* Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
