The role involves Strategic Planning, Operational Oversight, Leadership, Performance Monitoring, Process Management and Improvement, Risk and Budget Management, Supplier Relations, Change Management, Reporting, and Team Development. Leading the operational and technical side of the Madrid F1 Project team and working in conjunction with the wider MATCH Hospitality Operations and Event delivery team, this role will lead the technical and operations including technical event delivery mobilisation and installation as well as operational delivery including event operations, catering and guest experience, ensuring an extraordinary guest experience for our hospitality guests.
