We’re looking for a sharp, commercially-savvy Senior Sourcing & Category Manager to help us get great deals done, build pragmatic sourcing strategies, and thrive in an environment where the only constant is change.
It’s for someone who lives to solve problems, loves making sense of chaos, and knows when to play the long game — and when to move fast and strike a deal. Lead sourcing and commercial negotiations across a wide range of indirect categories — from fleet to facilities, from professional services to technology — with an eye on both value and speed.
Engage with external suppliers — many of them Spanish or local to Valencia — balancing long-term value with the need to move fast.
Navigate ambiguity, change direction quickly when required, and thrive in the absence of perfect information or polished processes.
Roll up your sleeves, get into the weeds, close deals, and deliver commercial wins that matter.
A proven commercial operator — you might come from procurement, sales, or other deal-heavy roles. What matters is your commercial brain and negotiation capability.
~10+ years’ experience in procurement, commercial, or supplier- or enterprise customer-facing roles.
~ Fluent in English;
Spanish fluency is a strong advantage. Able and willing to be based in our Valencia office, full-time, five days a week.
