Location:
Madrid office (located in Las Tablas).
Training objective:
The objective of this internship is to:
Understand first‑hand from one of the world’s leading manufacturers of PV inverters the operation of a large‑scale PV plant.
Learn with a 360‑degree vision the different parts of a photovoltaic plant: panels, inverters, cable transformation centre, trackers.
Conditions:
6 months internship.
Full time (35 hours per week).
Paid internship.
When the internship ends, you will have the possibility to join with a work contract.
Responsibilities
Participate in the installation training process for the client/installer, ensuring that all Huawei equipment is installed securely, reliably and appropriately.
Follow the start‑up instructions of the inverter: instruct the customer/installer to turn on and configure the inverter, ensuring normal operation.
Follow the operating instructions of the monitoring system: build and use the Huawei monitoring system, ensuring normal communication and monitoring functions, and providing clear support for client operation.
Learn how to troubleshoot faulty equipment: locate faults via remote support and instruct customer/staff maintenance steps to recover defective equipment.
Support ticket management: incident management as part of the local team.
Qualifications
Degree or master’s in Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Fluent in Spanish and English (official qualifications are a plus).
No experience required.
