We are currently looking for a Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer - UiPath to join our Delivery Team in Barcelona, Spain, with the possibility to offer a hybrid or remote work setup for a great candidate.

The Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer will be a key member of our Delivery Team, with a specific focus on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to create innovative solutions for our clients. As an Lead in Intelligent Automation, you will lead workflow ideation and delivery that streamline business processes, increase efficiency, and enable digital transformation across a wide array of industries.
What You Will Champion and Own
- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, and related components.
- Lead and contribute to migration activities for version changes and continuous enhancement of the code.
- Discover, estimate and deliver Agentic AI solutions leveraging Maestro
- Oversee development teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and adherence to governance models
- Be on top of new features released by UiPath and foster the adoption across teams
- Continuously explore and apply new UiPath features, connectors, and capabilities to improve solution performance and user experience
- Support project planning, effort estimation, and documentation as part of a cross-functional agile team.
- Ensure quality, testing, and post-deployment support to meet client expectations and SLAs, in collaboration with our Delivery team.
Must-have Qualifications & Competencies
- 5+ years of hands‑on UiPath development experience, at least 2 years in a tech lead position
- Strong proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification
- Proven ability to design enterprise‑scale automation architectures
- Solid experience with AI Center, Action Center and proven expertise in building Agentic AI solutions
- Proven experience in designing and delivering multiple RPA solutions with UiPath.
- Confident in English (written and spoken);
Spanish or other languages are a plus.
- Independent, proactive, and self‑driven — you take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams.
