What you should know:
- Mixed Methods (quantitative/qualitative)
- 100% fluency in English communication
- Knowledge of A/B testing
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as field research, heuristic reviews, usability testing, benchmarking, card sorting, and low-fidelity prototyping methods
