Key Responsibilities: Develop field-oriented control systems with advanced PWM strategies
Create model-based control algorithms using MATLAB Simulink
Conduct real-world testing and calibration on dynamometers and live systems
Collaborate on motor/inverter integration with our power electronics team
Drive technical specifications and validation testing
5+ years motor control experience with deep PMSM expertise
Expert MATLAB Simulink skills for model-based design
Real-time embedded programming (C/C++) and bare-metal firmware
Experience with field-oriented control, torque/speed control, PWM strategies
High-voltage inverter and power electronics background
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Highly Valued: HIL testing and dynamometer validation background
PLECS simulation software knowledge
Experience in fast-paced, high-performance engineering environments
