About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced Electrical and Mechanical Supervisors to support wind turbine installation and commissioning projects across Europe. These are critical roles for the successful delivery of large-scale renewable energy developments, with a focus on safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation, mechanical assembly, and/or electrical connection of wind turbines (onshore or offshore)
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to meet project timelines and HSE standards
Ensure compliance with client specifications, technical drawings, and procedures
Support commissioning activities and handover documentation
Conduct toolbox talks, quality checks, and daily progress reporting
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement on-site
Requirements:
Proven experience supervising wind turbine installation (Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, GE, Nordex, etc.)
Strong background in either electrical or mechanical disciplines
Relevant trade or engineering qualifications (electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics)
GWO certifications (mandatory)
Valid EU passport or right to work across Europe
Ability to work on rotation, including offshore where applicable
Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
