Multinational Solutions are at the core of AXA XL’s strategy, they are managed either within local claims teams or by AXA XL’s Network Partners. You will be part of the Multinational Claims Hub responsible for managing Network Partners and handling associated claims across different jurisdictions and claims values.
\n
This is a regulated role under the Central Bank of Ireland’s Fitness and Probity regime.

What you’ll be DOING
\n
What will your essential responsibilities include?
\n
- \n
- You’ll be part of a multicultural team, managing proactively the performance of the Network Partners globally.
\n
- Handle Claims’ approvals that are over the Network Partners’ authority.
\n
- Collaborate closely with Claim Managers and Practice Leaders to optimize claims outcome, engage the right vendors for the case, and establish strategic plan with vendor, identify Large Losses and take all appropriate steps to achieve the best outcome for the client and AXA XL.
\n
- Implement best practices and operational policies to improve efficiency and governance.
\n
- Support Global Claims Function with the annual Network Partner risk assessments.
\n
- When needed, participate in Network Partner surveys, virtual visits, and integral Network Partner’s governance/engagement meetings.
\n
- Support a client service‑oriented culture by timely remediating service quality or operational issues across the organisation.
\n
- Support and enhance an effective collaboration between the Network Partner hubs and the producing offices.
\n
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, both within and outside of claims function.
\n
- Where required, collaborate with relevant Network Partner Management Centre and MNS Global Functions for overall Network Partner relationship management.

What you will BRING

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

- \n
- Experience handling a variety of Property & Casualty complex claims and large losses across multiple jurisdictions. Other LoB’s are appreciated.
\n
- Excellent English skills, written and oral. Other languages will be a plus.
\n
- Able to engage with multiple stakeholders demonstrating excellent communication skills.
\n
- Communicate in a collaborative and client focused manner.
\n
- Driven and results oriented, able to deliver against program milestones.
\n
- Eagerness to learn, develop and grow within a professional claims team.
\n
- Work effectively in a multicultural and complex environment.
\n
