Key Responsibilities :
1. Oversee all documentation in the Product Approval Process (PAP)
2. Deliver PAPs for various lines of business to support our product portfolio management and innovation
3. Define and manage the PAP planning process
4. Ensure all products comply with internal policies and standards
5. Coordinate with central teams to manage the entire PAP validation process
6. Collaborate with internal experts in Pricing, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing to prepare and submit necessary PAP documentation
7. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies
8. Work closely with product development teams to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
9. Lead cross-functional project teams to implement regulatory, pricing, underwriting, and customer value initiatives
10. Develop project plans and timelines to track progress and report to senior management on milestones and deliverables
11. Support other areas within the General Value Proposition as needed

1. Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects
2. Excellent analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making
3. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work
4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management
5. Good understanding of insurance regulations
6. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various functions
7. Proficiency in English is essential;
knowledge of additionallanguages (like French or Spanish) is a strong plus
