Leading company investor in leisure hotels in southern Europe.
Responsibilities:
* Business Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and board presentations for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing findings and providing actionable insights. Host frequent touchpoints to deliver business insights.
* Capital Markets & Economic Research: Provide intelligence on hotel transactions (purchases, developments, refurbishments) and relevant capital raises (debt and equity). Prepare benchmarking analysis at hotel and company level. Analyze and report macro and micro economic trends.
* Business Plans: Collaborate with senior management to elaborate, update and refine hotel business plans.
* Hotel Valuations: Lead the external valuation processes of the company, including organizing appraisals and maintaining robust support for the process (transaction comparables, trading comparables, yield and market trends).
* Cash Flow Modeling: Create and maintain our cash flow model to forecast the company's financial position. Liaise with different teams such as Capex/transformation, Tax, Acquisitions, and finance to gather the inputs to feed the model.
* Special Projects: Assist with the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track KPIs and value creation analysis across the platform to create meaningful reporting and drive digitalization initiatives.
