Technical Sales Manager – SpainLocation: Remote, must be based in or near production regions (e.g., Lleida)Reporting to: Country ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Manager to develop and manage sales across Spain within the animal nutrition sector. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with the ability to lead commercial negotiations and close deals independently.You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers while also delivering revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow sales of feed additives with feed mills, premix manufacturers and large trading companiesConduct technical discussions with customers on product applications and performanceIdentify new business opportunities and develop new accountsManage the full sales cycle from technical consultation to commercial closureMaintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholdersProvide market feedback to internal teamsWork closely with the Country Manager to execute national sales strategyRequirementsProven commercial experience in animal nutrition or feed-related marketsRelevant Technical degree (Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary etc.Ability to combine technical credibility with strong negotiation skillsFluent SpanishEnglish proficiency (B1–B2 level minimum)Strong understanding of feed mill and premix customer needsSelf-driven and comfortable working remotelyCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Base SalaryAnnual bonus Company car
