About the Role
We’re looking for a Direct Sales and Partnership Manager for the BeLux market to lead a team of 6 Business Developers in growing our credit insurance and debt collection business lines.
🔹 Reporting Line: Directly to Commercial Director
🔹 Language Requirement: Fluent in Dutch, French and English
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Design and execute a Business Plan in collaboration with the Commercial Director
* Manage, coach and motivate the Sales team to build a dynamic pipeline and optimize conversion rate
* Drive incremental revenue by identifying, developing and expanding partnerships
* Work closely with Marketing team to build impactful content for the market and make the most effective use of resources for campaigns/events.
* Represent Coface at external events. Coordinate presence in targeted events to strengthen brand and product awareness
* Track performance metrics through a diligent utilisation of internal CRM and produce consistent reporting
* Actively ensure compliance with all Coface policies and procedures
Education & Experience:
* Hands-on people manager, who can motivate, coach and support a team of business developers
* 5+ years experience as a sales manager in credit insurance with proven track record of sales success
* Ability to take ownership, implement, and execute a business strategy for financial services
* Outstanding sales, presentation and communication skills in Dutch/French/English.
* Degree in relevant discipline (Business, Finance…)
