Tenth Revolution Group is supporting an international end client in the recruitment of a SAP Program Manager to lead and coordinate a key stream within a large-scale, greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. This is a senior-level role with high visibility, requiring strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving one of the core pillars of the program, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and a wide range of global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA from scratch, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuity throughout the transformation.
- Define and execute the integration strategy, coordinating across technical teams and vendors.
- Collaborate with solution architects to design the integration architecture and ensure system compatibility.
- Act as the main technical point of contact for integration-related topics, facilitating clear communication and reporting across all levels.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for audit and future reference.
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across departments and geographies, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and risk management throughout the program lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT integration and SAP-related roles, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, integral projects with high budgets and complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure and communicate complex information effectively.
- Excellent soft skills and communication abilities, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and translating technical concepts into business language.
- Experience working in international environments.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
