Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new prospect engagement within the corporate market. You will be responsible for high-volume outbound outreach, delivering qualified prospects, conducting initial demos, and partnering closely with our Partnerships and Product teams. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and research new corporate prospects.
* Execute high-volume outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
* Conduct outbound phone calls to engage and qualify prospects.
* Run introductory technical demos for potential customers.
* Build strong relationships with prospects to create early trust and interest.
* Use sales engagement and CRM software to manage outreach and workflows.
* Track and manage KPIs, including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing FirstIgnite customers.
* Provide timely, actionable feedback to the Product team to support platform improvements.
* Collaborate with the Partnerships team to ensure smooth prospect handoffs.

Requirements:

* 0–4 years of experience in sales development, or business development roles.
* Strong communication skills across email, phone, LinkedIn, and demos.
* High comfort with outbound outreach tools, CRM systems, and sales engagement platforms.
* Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage high-volume activities.
* Ability to quickly learn and explain technical software products.
* Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting activity and performance metrics.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Disclaimer: This is a full-time contractor position, not a direct employment role. The position is remote-first and offers unlimited time off. Compensation includes a salary range of €25,000 to €35,000 and performance-based bonus structure, with payments issued twice monthly. xohynlm FirstIgnite currently has EU-based team members operating under this contractor model.
