Your Key Responsibilities
* Source, engage, and interview talented candidates across diverse industries, utilizing your recruitment skills and industry connections
* Closely work with clients to gain a deep understanding of their recruitment needs and present them with qualified candidates that meet their expectations
* Guide candidates through the recruitment process, offering support and insights to ensure a positive experience
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting exciting job descriptions to negotiating terms of employment
* Deliver regular reports and updates to the management team about recruitment progress and candidate engagement
* Stay abreast of market trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment strategies
Requirements
* Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus
* Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is advantageous but not essential—drive and passion are what we're looking for!
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to nurture client and candidate relationships
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple recruitment initiatives
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure efficient recruitment processes
* Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to helping candidates xohynlm secure fulfilling roles
* Ability to work remotely while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the Costa Del Sol
* Already residing in the Malaga area
* Willingness to engage in a 3 months fully paid training in Athens, Greece
