**Context And Mission**- The Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC-CNS), through its BSC AI FACTORY program, is seeking a Community Experience Manager to join the Innovation and Business Development Department within the framework of the AI Factory initiative.
The AI Factory is a major European project aimed at accelerating the adoption and development of artificial intelligence across industry sectors. It is deploying a comprehensive set of AI-focused services, including robust training, networking, and innovation support structures. Its mission is to foster the uptake and effective use of AI, particularly among SMEs and startups across participating countries, and to strengthen the European innovation ecosystem. These services are powered by the AI-specific partition of the MareNostrum5 supercomputer, one of the most advanced infrastructures in Europe, designed to meet the evolving AI needs by harnessing the latest AI-oriented computing technologies.
**Key Duties**- Comprehensive management of the BSC AI Factory Spaces, taking the leadership role in logistics and dinamization of the innovation space.
- Design and coordinate the journey for startups and SMEs within the hub, ensuring they leave stronger, more connected, and better prepared for growth.
- Attract and onboard innovative startups and companies, positioning the BSC AI FACTORY as a key AI destination in Southern Europe.
- Organize inspirational activities including events, networking sessions, workshops, and thought-leadership talks tailored for resident startups.
- Develop initiatives that foster engagement from all ecosystem stakeholders (startups, corporates, investors, researchers, and institutions).
- Contribute ideas to design a compelling offering for investors and corporations, enhancing collaboration and value creation.
- Act as a connector, ensuring continuous interaction with the other services of BSC AI Factory, such as programs providing access to computational resources, acceleration programs for startups, communication, etc.
- Identify ecosystem needs and propose innovative programs and partnerships to address them.
- Interact and coordinate with project funders, ensuring objectives, work package milestones, and deliverables are met in line with project requirements.-
- **Requirements**- Education
- University degree in Business, Innovation, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management or a related field.
- Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in innovation enviroments, tech hubs, coworking areas or startup ecosystems is a plus
- Familiarity with AI, deep tech, or digital innovation trends will be highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to engage with startups, investors, and corporates
- Experience in organizing events, community activities, or ecosystem-building initiatives
- Experience in implementing or coordinating European projects could be an plus.

- Curiosity and eagerness to learn quickly while taking on responsibility.

**Conditions**The position will be located at BSC within the Directors Department
