Currently, BATA Spain and AW LAB Spain aim to strengthen their HR Management Department by hiring a professional to oversee HR processes for Spanish employees.
In Spain, AW LAB is experiencing significant growth in its network of direct shops and franchises.
KEY CHALLENGES
* Coordinate and manage the onboarding of new employees, including initial orientation and training
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
* Monitor attendance and manage timekeeping systems
* Assist in managing employee payroll and benefits
* Ensure compliance with all labor and safety regulations at the store
* Assist in preparing and managing HR audits
* Implement company policies and procedures related to HR
* Manage HR-related documentation
* Manage staff selection and recruitment processes
* Work closely with store managers to understand staffing needs
* Coordinate and organize training and development activities for store staff
CORE COMPETENCIES
* At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in multinational environments
* Ability to deliver consistently, respecting departmental priorities and deadlines
* Attention to detail and verification of information to ensure quality
* Good collaboration skills across departments
* Effective communication with all organizational levels and external contacts
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
* Hands-on approach to tasks
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
* Catalan
* Spanish
* Italian (nice to have)
LOCATION
* Possibility of working remotely part of the week after an initial on-site training period
