Portfolio Change ManagerWe are seeking a Portfolio Change Manager to join a multinational company dedicated to improving people's quality of life through innovative products and services.Purpose:
Develop and implement change management strategies for products in the DSE portfolio, aligning with the Vegetables R&D objectives to build an automated, data- and decisions-centric end-to-end pipeline.Scope:
(global, regional, or local)Global Key Tasks:
Coordinate changes across the DSE portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and success in product lifecycle stages.Guide the organization through testing, launching, adopting, and retiring solutions.Define strategies and oversee operations and reporting for the DSE portfolio in tools like Aha! and ADO.Monitor portfolio robustness to meet strategic needs and collaborate with DSE leads to address gaps or misalignments.Develop change management plans for digital workflows involving stakeholders for data platforms and analytical tools.Lead project initiation, stage gates, and documentation processes within the DSE team.Partner with operations guides, science catalysts, and enterprise partners to plan resources for project phases.Work with business and IT teams to ensure timely, within-budget delivery of IT systems.Manage IT projects by prioritizing backlogs and executing deliverables supporting program goals.Act as the liaison for change management between IT and business users, enhancing awareness through communication plans.Deeply understand business processes and strategic priorities.Identify opportunities for advanced data analyses, digital systems, and platform enhancements.Engage with end users and business leaders to accurately represent their needs.Establish and monitor project success metrics to ensure business capabilities are met.Perform independently, problem-solve, and prioritize high-value work aligned with DSE objectives.Key Working Relationships:

Education / Experience:
PhD +8 years, or MS +10 years, or BS +15 years in Agriculture, Life Sciences, or IT-related fields.Skills (Technical & Soft):
Knowledge of R&D domain, lab, and field experiment management.Experience with breeding pipelines, digital workflows, and related technologies.Understanding of IT product pipelines.Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.Proven leadership in matrix environments and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication skills in English, capable of coordinating across technical, scientific, and business teams.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills for effective digital change management.Demonstrated leadership and influence skills that foster trusting partnerships and support lasting digital transformation.
