Responsibilities:
1. Support the Brand Director in designing and executing a comprehensive global digital communications strategy, aligned with the existing brand framework.
2. Lead online communication and digital advertising initiatives from concept development to international rollout, ensuring alignment with the customer journey.
3. Provide strategic guidance to local marketing teams to tailor the digital strategy to country-specific needs, market dynamics, and product offerings.
4. Develop global standards for web-based marketing activities (including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, and social media) to deliver a consistent user experience and drive sales performance.
5. Oversee a flexible, customer-journey-driven content strategy in key markets, identify trends in digital brand management, support local media planning, and manage relationships with digital service providers and agencies.
Qualifications:
6. Degree in Economics or Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing—ideally with a focus on Digital Management, Communication, or Media Management.
7. Brings over 5 years of experience in digital marketing and media management, preferably with category insights in FMCG or non-food sectors, and a proven track record in SEO.
8. Possesses strong technical knowledge of analytics and data management tools, with the ability to identify target audiences and execute global digital campaigns, including landing pages, user funnels, and social media content.
9. Experienced in managing external vendors and agencies, with solid coordination and project management capabilities across international teams and stakeholders.
10. Ability to think in brands, digital trends and the changes of consumers
11. Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
