World's first post-quantum native Layer 1 blockchain in production. 10 live products including smart contract deployment, token creation (ERC-20), NFT minting (ERC-721), and EVM-to-QSEVM migration. 3 patents. FIAT only. Developer-friendly (Solidity compatible, MetaMask integration).
THE ROLE
Build and grow our developer and user community from zero. You are the bridge between our engineering team and the developers, researchers, and enthusiasts who will build on Dilithium3.
Channels you own:
* Discord server (create and manage — doesn't exist yet)
* Telegram group (create and manage)
* Reddit presence (r/cryptocurrency, r/quantumcomputing, r/blockchain)
* PQC Forum (already registered, needs active participation)
* NIST PQC mailing list (already subscribed)
* PKI Consortium community (approval pending)
* GitHub discussions (developer support)
* Twitter/X community engagement
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create Discord server with proper channels (dev-support, announcements, general)
* Answer developer questions about QSEVM, Solidity deployment, token creation
* Write developer tutorials and documentation
* Organize community events (AMAs, hackathons, dev workshops)
* Moderate all channels (spam, scams, toxic behavior)
* Report community feedback to engineering team
* Track community growth metrics weekly
* Sales & Promotions
COMPENSATION
* (paid from revenue)
* 1.00% equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)
* Part-time OK initially (20-30 hours/week), full-time as community grows
1% equity at 100M valuation = 1,000,000 EUR. This role GROWS with the community. First community manager = most important.
YOU ARE PERFECT IF
* 2+ years community management (blockchain, dev tools, or open source)
* Understand Solidity, EVM, smart contracts (can answer basic dev questions)
* Experience building Discord/Telegram communities from zero
* Can write developer tutorials and technical blog posts
* Active in blockchain or quantum computing communities already
* Available 20-30+ hours/week
* Multilingual is a plus (EN required, ES/FR/DE bonus)
