Responsibilities
/Key Tasks
1. Assist the global media manager on the definition of the Brand global strategy
2. Lead and coordinate with the help of the digital agency the production of global reports ensuring high level of insights & recos (weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad’hoc).
3. Lead and coordinate with the help of Global media team digital experts & global media agency, tactical digital planning activities, for brand DTCs & social amplifications campaigns.
4. Assist the global media manager on the coordination of meetings with media partners.
5. Provide global and local benchmarks, learnings and best practices across brands and markets
6. Ensure brand strategies consistency on the local media plans
7. Control & ensure data consistency and accuracy on local reporting
8. Ensure & assist if needed, that local & brand campaigns run on time
9. Continually look for opportunities to streamline and improve processes

Experience:
10. At least 3 years in a media position, experience in the beauty/luxury industry, preferably in a digital media agency, digital media department of a beauty and personal care company or consultancy company
Education:
11. Business Administration, Marketing, Communication.
12. Digital certification programs such as Google, Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight school, is a plus
Languages:
13. Advanced English, Spanish, French is a plus

17. Strong presentation skills and high level of articulation required
18. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; comfortable working with numbers, metrics and BI tools and spreadsheets
19. Experience in digital media marketing strategies (OLV, Social, SEM, retargeting, affiliates, ect)
20. Up-to-date with latest trends and digital marketing/media best practices
21. Business savvy and digital curiosity
Specific Knowledge required:
22. Proven ability to develop digital media strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to Puig Local Offices and Media Agency
23. Superior skills with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and analytics tools
24. Brand and performance planning experience essential, demonstration knowledge of both traditional and digital media planning disciplines (video, social, programmatic, search)
25. Demostrable understanding of customer journey plannning
26. Good working knowledge of key industry planning and buying and analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Google adwords, DCM, DBM, DS, GA360, TGI, Comscore, Nielsen, Facebook insights, Facebook power editor, Twitter ads, Snapchat, Amazon, MOAT, IAs, etc)
27. Passion about the fragrance and beauty & personal care industry
