Overview
MBR Partners is headhunting for someone with a radio engineering background and a strong sales mentality to be the central point of contact for clients\' value-added resellers and channels globally. While the role\'s title is Channel Director, this is a hands-on sales position with direct sales experience, and ideally some channel/partner/alliance sales experience. The candidate will develop business plans with top resellers/channels to define joint business objectives and initiatives/campaigns/training to achieve the defined objectives through a sell-through/with strategy. It is not a back-office role but a forward-facing sales position. The client is one of the most recognised brands in the space.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the central point of contact for clients\' value-added resellers and channels globally.
* Develop business plans with top resellers/channels to define joint objectives and execute initiatives, campaigns, and training to achieve them.
* Drive direct and channel/partner sales efforts with a hands-on, front-line approach.
* Collaborate to implement sell-through/with strategy to reach mutual objectives.
Qualifications
* Hands-on sales professional with experience in direct sales; ideally with channel/partner/alliance sales experience.
* Background in radio engineering or a related technical field.
* Knowledge or strong aptitude to learn Network Testing, Network Planning, Optimization, and Network Performance or Assurance solutions.
* Familiarity with the CSP market as it relates to products for network engineering, optimization, and operations.
Location & Compensation
The location could be anywhere in EMEA, and a highly competitive salary package is offered. The salary level is flexible depending on location and candidate profile.
