We are looking for a Data Governance Professional with at least 3 years of experience to join the team of an important international company, with its Tech HUB based in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and monitoring of data governance policies and procedures.- Collaborate with business units and data stewards to ensure data quality and compliance.- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports (mainly PowerPoint) to communicate governance strategies and progress.- Facilitate training sessions, workshops and onboarding on governance best practices.- Contribute to change management initiatives, ensuring adoption of governance standards.- Lead initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Data Governance / Data Quality roles.- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and responsibilities.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Proficient in English (spoken and written).- Proactive, solution-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills.- Previous experience in data management, business analytics or a related field, with experience in policy creation and change management essential.
