We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Reliability Support Engineer to join our B2B SaaS company and resolve platform issues. Our team consists of around 100 employees, mainly based in Malaga, Spain, with incorporation in the US and EU. Location flexibility is offered for remote work.

What will you be doing?
* Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, responding promptly to incidents.
* Implement automation strategies for manual tasks.
* Check logs and alerts regularly.
* Develop integrations between software solutions like Hubspot / Asana and scripts to resolve or mitigate issues.
* Help maintain SLAs.
After 1 month :
You will familiarize yourself with our tools and processes, start coding, and learn our product features through small tasks, with support from our engineers and support team mentors.
After 3 months :
You will understand our product thoroughly, diagnose issues using logs, understand monitoring systems, propose automations, connect to alerting systems, and document common issues and protocols.
6 months in :
You will be fully integrated, autonomous, and collaborating across departments to improve customer experience. You will perform tasks in both development and production environments confidently.
Who will you be working with?
You will work with the Support manager on incident investigations, and collaborate with Customer Success and Development teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

We expect you to have :
* 2+ years of relevant experience
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Knowledge of web service metrics and log interpretation
* Proficiency in Python (our backend language)
* Experience with MongoDB / PostgreSQL
