Customer Service Specialist with Portuguese

The Customer Experience Specialist leads Iberia customer interactions, ensuring high-quality support and differentiating service. Strong teamwork is essential for simplifying processes and detecting areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in ad-hoc projects locally and internationally.
* Support department leaders and managers on company objectives.
* Actively contribute to weekly team meetings and internal process improvements.
* Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and other departments.
* Provide customer support, manage orders, and handle shipments.
* Manage product returns, backorders, and new product launches.
* Ensure accurate communication to customers and alignment with business objectives.
Scope: The Customer Experience department has 5 work groups: Telephone Service, Customer Support, Returns, After Sales/BP Queries, and EDI. The Customer Experience Specialist interacts with Spanish and Portuguese markets (12,000 customers) and other company departments. They will also collaborate with international delegations.
