We’re looking for a
Growth Marketing Manager
to take the reins of Boho Club’s marketing engine and help drive visibility, engagement, and performance across all channels.This is a hands on, high impact role for someone who loves both strategy and execution equally comfortable shaping the big picture and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.You’re organised, digitally fluent, brand obsessed (in a good way), curious about AI, and confident juggling multiple channels while keeping everything beautifully on brand.Hospitality experience is a plus, but mindset, skill, and taste matter more.

Digital & Content Direction
Lead and coordinate social media strategy and content across all Boho Club outletsSafeguard and elevate brand consistency across every digital touchpointCollaborate closely with internal teams and external creatives (photo, video, agencies)
Website, SEO & AI Discovery (GEO)
Optimise our websites for UX, conversion, SEO, and AI-driven discoverabilityCoordinate updates and improvements on WordPressEnsure content structure supports both human users and LLMsPaid Media & Partners
