WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
En Rhenus Logistics, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Traffic Coordinator para nuestra delegación de Valencia, cuya misión principal será coordinar y supervisar las operaciones de tráfico terrestre, garantizando un servicio eficaz, rentable y alineado con los estándares de calidad y satisfacción del cliente.
Principales Responsabilidades:
* Coordinar y supervisar el tráfico diario de mercancías, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y condiciones acordadas.
* Planificación de rutas y cargas, optimizando recursos y costos operativos.
* Control de flota y seguimiento de vehículos propios y subcontratados.
* Resolución ágil y eficaz de incidencias durante el transporte, manteniendo una comunicación proactiva con clientes y proveedores.
* Supervisión del cumplimiento de la normativa vigente sobre transporte terrestre (tiempos de conducción y descanso, tacógrafo, etc.).
* Gestión y revisión de la documentación asociada a los envíos: CMR, albaranes, instrucciones de carga, etc.
* Colaboración estrecha con los departamentos de Customer Service, - Operaciones y Comercial para garantizar la fluidez operativa.
* Análisis de KPIs de tráfico y propuestas de mejora continua en los procesos logísticos.
Requisitos:
* Experiencia previa en puestos similares en empresas del sector logístico o transporte terrestre.
* Conocimiento práctico de herramientas digitales específicas del sector logístico.
* Manejo fluido de herramientas informáticas (ERP de transporte, Excel, etc.).
* Habilidades organizativas y de resolución de problemas bajo presión.
* Buenas capacidades comunicativas, orientación al cliente y trabajo en equipo.
* Conocimiento de la normativa vigente en transporte por carretera.
* Valorable: nivel intermedio de inglés, y experiencia en transporte internacional.
