Your primary focus will be to ensure our development programs are not just operational, but are state-of-the-art and strategically aligned with Roche''s future skill needs. You will act as a strategic thought partner, building and nurturing a community of program managers and participants, while also serving as an internal consultant for new program creation and program redesign.
