Temporary IT Onsite Support Technician – Barcelona
Responsibilities
* Provide on‑site (proximity) support to users, resolving incidents related to devices and office equipment.
* Manage IT inventory, including stock checks, warehouse control, and coordination of shipment and reception of equipment between offices.
* Prepare and configure equipment (laptops, desktops, and mobile devices), ensuring proper setup and updates in corporate management tools.
* Collaborate as local technical support on internal projects.
* Act as a point of contact between users and technical teams, facilitating fast incident resolution.
* Execute service requests following established procedures and standards.
* Provide support for meetings and events, including room setup and checks.
Qualifications
* Customer‑oriented mindset with a strong service attitude.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in dynamic team environments.
* Previous experience in onsite IT support is valued.
* Spanish fluency is required.
