About this opportunity
The Integration Project Manager is responsible for delivering the data centre's infrastructure fit-out and integrating security, telco, and corpnet design and implementation. Responsibilities include:
1. Supporting Business Unit Directors in achieving business objectives.
2. Engaging positively with customers and maintaining strong relationships.
3. Ensuring high-quality services and deliverables that meet customer requirements.
4. Managing construction phasing, CSA, and MEP deliverables.
5. Overseeing telecom material procurement compliance.
6. Reporting project progress.
7. Ensuring telecom installer and contractor compliance.
8. Coordinating client snagging, handover, and issue resolution.
9. Utilizing acceptance 'smart forms' for space and system acceptance.
10. Providing scheduling input for design solutions, change orders, and project milestones.
11. Sharing lessons learned and continuous improvement throughout the project.
12. Participating in change management and justifications.
13. Addressing project phasing changes or delays with potential solutions.
14. Coordinating security installation and physical security requirements.
15. Managing procurement and integration scopes to facilitate commissioning.
16. Conducting site quality reviews and managing handovers.
17. Overseeing turnover-to-operations processes.
18. Managing facility lockdown procedures.
19. Advising directors on project issues impacting insurance and project success.

About You
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills
* 7+ years of professional experience in construction, including on-site roles.
* Experience in systems integration, infrastructure fit-out, and technical management for large projects.
* Recent experience with complex projects involving large-scale mechanical and electrical systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Methodical approach to work.
* Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and financial skills.
* Proficiency in ICT tools like MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Eligible to work in Spain.
Qualifications
* B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
