As a Scrum Master at IPS, you will be the key supporter of our agile development process. Your role involves coaching and mentoring our Scrum team, as well as actively promoting and improving Scrum practices.
* Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in applying and developing the Scrum process
* Planning and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews
* Fostering team development through training and workshops in Scrum methodology
* Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder team productivity
* Enhancing team dynamics and encouraging a self-organized approach to increase efficiency
* Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, and promoting transparency
This is important to us:
* Academic background: Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master in agile software development
* Certifications: Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, Professional Agile Leadership, or Professional Product Owner are advantageous
* Technical tools: Experience with Atlassian software suite tools
* Language skills: Proficient in German and good command of English
* Soft skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, team motivation ability, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
