We are dedicated to providing innovative and high-quality solutions, and we are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team. This position is key to ensuring financial integrity and strategic decision-making based on accurate data.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire financial accounting cycle, including the preparation of financial statements, profitability reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Coordinate and lead the budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions for senior management.
Ensure compliance with local and international tax, accounting, and regulatory standards.
Develop and improve internal financial procedures, optimizing efficiency and reducing risks.
Monitor and analyze key financial indicators (KPIs) to ensure the financial health of the company.
Work closely with other departments, such as operations and human resources, to generate accurate and timely financial information.
Supervise and manage the accounting and finance team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Industry.
Advanced knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and management control.
Proficiency in financial management software and tools (e.g., SAP,, advanced Excel).
Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex reports to senior management.
Up-to-date knowledge of local and international tax and accounting regulations.
