We are currently looking for an
Intermediate RF Optimization Engineer .What will your day-to-day work be like?
Performance degradation management, especially timely identification and analysis of major issues based on rich optimization experience.Act as the main interface for customers for RAN performance reporting & degradation identification, attending meetings with customers.Manage internal escalations, identify risks, arrange resources, follow-up, and report issues to ensure delivery satisfaction.On-call availability from 7am to 11pm to respond to urgent network performance issues (on-call:
2 weeks per month).Job requirements :
6 years of experience in Radio optimization & planning services.Advanced knowledge of radio KPIs (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G) optimization, proficient in KPI optimization, parameter tuning, and related activities.Experience in managing teams & participating in meetings with Director & Manager level clients.Experience in delivering optimization projects for Orange / MasMovil / Masorange is preferred.Proactive and eager to face challenging customers & projects.Work languages:
English and Spanish;
English (B2 / C1) is a must.Preferred background :
KPI monitoring and reporting:
defining KPI monitoring reports and processes to identify performance issues timely based on customer requirements.KPI performance degradation detection:
defining or updating rules to detect degradation, creating tickets to track issues, escalating major and critical issues through different channels, and tracking resolution.For critical degradations, join analysis with customers and Huawei R&D to provide proactive, timely troubleshooting to resolve issues quickly.Technical management of these activities to ensure delivery satisfaction.Our Value Proposition to You :
