Our client is one of the largest toy and game manufacturers in the world, known for creating the best fantasy miniatures! We are seeking a Business Development Manager for the Dutch Market to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads within the assigned territory, which includes identifying potential customers, making cold calls, and persuading them to consider our products. The role also involves sending samples to interested prospects and following up to convert them into stockists.
Key Responsibilities:
* Search for new leads within the territory, requiring only the shop name and phone number.
* Make a high volume of cold calls (over 50 per day) to introduce the client's products and secure interest.
* Send sample packs to potential customers who express interest.
* Follow up with recipients of the samples to encourage them to join the stockist program.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
* English at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
* Possession of a driving license.
* Valid residence permit for Spain or citizenship of an EU member state (mandatory).
* Prior cold calling experience.
* Residing in Barcelona or willing to relocate; relocation subsidy offered.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, approximately 9 AM to 5 PM, with variations based on territory. The position is onsite at the client's office in Barcelona city centre.

Compensation and Benefits:
* Annual salary of EUR 35,000.
* Uncapped bonus potential with an additional EUR 4,200 for meeting targets.
