At GAES, an Amplifon brand, we are currently seeking a Controlling Specialist to join our Finance team and act as a trusted business partner across functions. In this role, you will support the monitoring of financial performance, lead forecasting and strategic planning processes, and provide insights for investment and M&A decisions.
Main Responsibilities
Business partnering with LT members, analysing risk and opportunities for different business areas.
Develop financial models and build business cases to proactively evaluate investments and support decision-making.
Lead the month-end closing process, LBE, and preparation of monthly forecast for assigned business areas.
Liase with Global Finance/Controlling functions
Collaborate on automatization and lead data insight modelling with the BI.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of total experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Controlling/FP&A department at an operational level); previous Big 4 experience (Audit/Advisory) is highly valued.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Retail experience is highly valued
Proficiency with financial tools and technology (Oracle/HFM/PBCS/PowerBI).
Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
