About Reversa Reversa is the operating system for regulation. Six months in, with ~100% Mo M growth, Fortune 500 customers already trusting us, and we are doing it AI-native from the ground up. What we're solving. Regulation is the hardest unstructured-data problem in the world. Every economy on the planet runs on it, every company is shaped by it, and nobody has properly structured it. It is a double mission: making regulation better and more just, and giving companies anywhere in the world the ability to operate in heavily regulated environments and to control regulatory risk without slowing down their operations, killing innovation, or burning billions in compliance costs. Why it matters. Today, regulation is the silent tax on the world economy. Products that never launch. Markets that stay closed. Deals that never close. Founders who set up shop somewhere else. The pattern repeats in every economy: the rules are too dense to read, too fragmented to compare, and too volatile to plan against. But regulation does not have to be a blocker. Once it is structured, executable, and navigable, the same surface that blocked you becomes the surface you operate on. You enter new markets in weeks instead of years. You expand operations across jurisdictions without losing the thread. You turn regulatory arbitrage, today a privilege of the few, into a strategy any team can run. You build products nobody could build before, because nobody could model the legal layer beneath them. We are not building a compliance tool. We are inventing it from first principles, and we are inventing it fast. We are hiring the engineer who will own the critical pieces of that architecture. You work directly with the three co-founders. You shape product and you write code from week one. The first version of every system you own will carry your name, and that name will still be on it when Reversa is the global regulatory backbone. This role is not for everyone. It is for relentless builders who find the hard version of a problem more interesting than the easy one, who have shipped real things, and who want to look back in ten years and know they were part of this. Who we areThree co-founders from Amazon & Monitor Deloitte, a small team & growing fast. You will have full ownership of your area, direct access to the founders every day, and the kind of trust that comes with being early. We move fast. We trust good judgment over process. We obsess about customers and the problem; everything else follows. What we're looking for Builder DNA. Ex-founder, ex-early-engineer, or someone who has shipped something serious on their own and put it in front of real users. Strong technical background: Mathematics, AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar. Not a hard requirement if you have shipped serious things and can prove it. Deep experience with at least one of the following: large-scale knowledge graphs, retrieval systems, LLM agent architectures, distributed databases, or unstructured data pipelines at scale. Real opinions, not buzzwords. AI-native. Claude Code is muscle memory. You have built real things with agents, and you have opinions about why most agentic systems on the market today are still toys. You raise the bar of the team. You do not match what already exists. Insatiable curiosity. Constant learning is what drives you. Relentless. High agency. You do not wait to be told.
