Job Summary:
Develop and implement the Marketing strategy of each of its brands or categories in the country, in accordance with the Global Brand Plans to achieve development objectives, and increase its results in terms of margin, sales and profit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Definition of the 3-year Brand Strategy in the Country
* Prepare and develop the Marketing
* External & internal assessment
* Analyze the consumer in order to define and adapt the brand strategy according to their needs. Segmentation and Targeting
* Collaborate to define the POS promotional and activation plan with the Trade Marketing team & Commercial team
* Develop the communication plan, both in offline media and in the digital environment. From the creative idea to the media plan and execution
* Define and develop the brand's innovation portfolio and funnel, in collaboration with the Global department
* Track the evolution and the KPIS indicators the brands
* Manage the A&P budget
* Carry out analytical management of the income statement. Ensure compliance with margin objectives, defining mix and price strategies and controlling costs.
* Prepare launch forecasts and follow up in accordance with Supply Chain.
