CognizantJoin our dynamic team as a Developer where you will leverage your expertise in SFDC Development and Customization to drive impactful solutions. With a focus on Salesforce DevOps Data Lightning Integration and Configuration you will play a crucial role in enhancing our systems. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment contributing to innovative projects in the Cards and Payments domain.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.Utilize Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.Manage SFDC data effectively ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.Implement SFDC Lightning components to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.Oversee SFDC integration processes ensuring smooth data flow between Salesforce and other systems.Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and support business processes.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues ensuring minimal downtime.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials to support user adoption and system understanding.Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine Salesforce solutions.Work collaboratively in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work to maximize productivity and team cohesion.Utilize language skills in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOps Data Lightning Integration and Configuration.Exhibit domain knowledge in Cards and Payments enhancing the relevance of Salesforce solutions.Show proficiency in Spanish as a native speaker with the ability to read write and speak English fluently.Have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development.Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new Salesforce technologies and methodologies.
