- Lead, support, and develop a regional team of sales and technical experts across multiple locations
- Manage key customer accounts, including contract negotiations, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and commercial efficiency
- Define, implement, and monitor the annual sales budget in close coordination with internal stakeholders
- Analyze trends in the UV and conventional Sheetfed & Narrow Web packaging market to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making
- Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and collaborate across our European network to align local activities with integral sales strategies
**Your Profile - What do you bring as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed & Narrow Web Iberia**:
- Extensive experience in sales leadership and business development, ideally with at least 5 years in a management role within the printing industry (Sheetfed and/or Narrow Web expertise is a strong plus)
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills, paired with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset and solid financial acumen
- Proven ability to operate effectively in an international environment with a direct and transparent communication style across all business levels
- A proactive “hunter” mentality with a strong focus on implementation and performance delivery
- Independent and structured way of working, combined with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with common sales and CRM tools
