Job Description :
An opportunity for a Process Engineer Services has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).
RESPONSABILITIES :
1. Collaborative-Design to Manufacturing (Co-Design / Co-Indus)
2. Contribute to all phases of the design to ensure industrial needs are taken into account.
3. Push industrial requirements to Engineering (specific design / M&P) & Supply Chain.
4. Introduce Manufacturing best practice / standardization into design
5. Define Build Process for ME
6. Calculate the time at operation level
7. Manage Technical Sequencing
8. Specify industrial asset (Jigs, Tools, Tooling, Machines,…) requirements for creation or modification
9. Drive implementation of 1st installation with required shop floor feedback loops for Manufacturing readiness (production handover)
10. Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team
11. Accountable for configuration management (in particular Delta 2). For more details, refer to Airbus commercial procedure referential A2853.3.
12. Design and build process responsibilities covering:
* Create/update routings, BoM, SOI considering shop floor needs, time calculation, and Work Preparation Golden Rules in accordance with ABP processes
* Perform Standard Work (best practices for task execution)
* Implement Standard Time Values in Routings
* Ensure robust, reliable, and safe operations
* Support PFMEA / FMEA processes
1. Provide engineering technical information, participate in quality control, and support component/parts definition, specifications, and tooling activities.
2. Contribute to supply chain management, ensuring data consistency and effectiveness.
3. Perform maintenance tasks, considering health & safety regulations and schedule/economic aspects.
4. Sign off on Airbus Process Specifications, Instructions, and Manufacturing Notices.
5. Manage work prep issues escalated by the production team and support shop floor continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Optimize production processes (CI measures), support budget and CAPEX planning, and evaluate industrial impacts of modifications.
