Implementation and Deployment Project Senior Specialist 
Summary of the Role
Within Hospitality Operations, you’ll be part of the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS) Deployment team, supporting the migration of new customers to the ACRS platform. You’ll collaborate with customers to develop rollout strategies and carry out the transition of properties to ACRS.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop deployment approaches to transition customers from their current systems to the Amadeus platform.
- Collaborate with implementation project managers to define migration scope and carry out implementation activities.
- Work with customers and internal teams to define rollout plans, considering constraints, dependencies, and risks.
- Maintain visibility of project schedules and blockers, reporting progress and escalating issues when needed.
- Coordinate the full rollout process, including planning with customers and third parties, and supporting go-live activities.
About the Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in project management and customer-facing roles on large or complex IT transition projects.
- Familiarity with hospitality or travel technology implementation projects.
- Tooling skills such as SharePoint, Confluence, Win@proach, Power BI, Cutover Window Plan.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms
- Proficiency in English.
