In-situ and remote support.Help us to manage the equipment stock.Prepare Windows / Linux / macOS computers.Give access and remove access to our platforms to users when necessary.Support and check meeting rooms, events too.Learn a lot about security and good practices.Create documentation to help users and the team in their day to day.Requirements At least 1 year of experience.Basic knowledge of networking.Experience with Windows 10 and the Office suite, we also value knowledge about macOS and Linux support level.We value knowledge about Jira, Unifi.Required English fluent level.Based in Barcelona.Nice to have: CCNA, CFGM SMX or higher.
