About the Role
We are looking for a German‑speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing team in Barcelona. In this role, you will work with high‑potential businesses in the German market, helping them launch, optimize, and scale performance‑driven Google Ads campaigns. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, increasing campaign performance, and identifying growth opportunities within a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboard and manage a portfolio of new German‑speaking clients
* Act as a trusted consultant, developing high‑performing PPC and Google Ads campaigns
* Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing solutions
* Understand customer objectives and tailor advertising strategies accordingly
* Design and implement results‑driven campaigns focused on short‑term impact and long‑term growth
* Increase advertising spend through upselling and account expansion
* Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone outreach
* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and complete client data
Requirements
* BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus) or equivalent work experience
* C2‑level German and English proficiency
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or a customer‑facing role
* Strong ability to work independently and deliver consistent results
* Proven experience in customer relationship management and CRM optimization
* Comfortable using AI tools to personalise outreach and improve efficiency
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Goal‑oriented mindset with strong motivation and confidence
* Solid business acumen with the ability to analyse market trends
* Experience conducting competitor analysis and identifying growth opportunities
* Strong customer focus and commitment to high‑quality service
