We're looking for a Senior Digital / Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights across Lufthansa Group's CRM, Inspiration, Search, and Booking platforms.

You’ll partner closely with product teams and business stakeholders, shaping data‑driven decisions that improve customer experience and digital performance in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the analytics partner between product, business, and data teams.
- Deliver insights through advanced SQL analysis and storytelling.
- Design and consult on tracking and measurement across online & offline touchpoints.
- Support Analytics, Data Management, CDP, and experimentation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years in Digital Analytics / Data Analysis.
- Strong SQL and Google Cloud BigQuery expertise.
- Hands‑on experience with GA4, Looker, Power BI, Tableau (or similar).
- Solid understanding of Digital Marketing.
- CDP, personalization, A/B testing experience.
- Exposure to Adobe Analytics / Target or similar tools.
- International project experience.
