From day 1 an Agile, Transformative, and Inspiring program awaits you, where you’ll combine hands‑on work experience (being actively integrated into the day‑to‑day activities of your teams) with training and mentoring, and the development of a project sponsored by a member of our management committee.
What will you do?
Prepare technical‑commercial offers and provide customer support throughout the full tendering phase for Spain and Portugal.
Deliver technical and commercial guidance to strategic customers and projects.
Support the final negotiation stage and ensure proper project handover to the Project Manager (ETO).
Develop and/or maintain internal and external technical configurators to enable MTO/CTO light quotations.
Analyze and communicate Go/No‑Go decisions based on historical data, digital tools, and customer/project/scope information.
Identify improvement opportunities within the E2E process and implement action plans to avoid GM deviations and enhance service quality.
Detect and share improvement points within MV offers, collaborating on action plans to increase business growth.
What will you learn?
In‑depth knowledge of the medium‑voltage world, including transformer substations and switchgear.
How the tendering process works, how an engineering department operates, and how a business line is structured, with a strong connection to the marketing team.
Direct contact with sales teams and customers to defend the proposed technical solution.
Working with digital tools such as BFO (CRM) and Tableau.
Requirements
A recent graduate in Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.
Ability to start a 1‑year program in June 2026.
Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
English business skills, interpersonal and communication skills, curiosity, open‑mindedness, independence, innovation, boldness, teamwork.
Position also available in Barcelona (Headquarters) or Seville.
