Role Summary

As the Head of AdTech EMEA, you will be the
strategic and commercial owner
of one of TRKKN's core business units. You will be responsible for defining the growth strategy, owning the department P&L, and leading a high-performing, multi-national team of AdTech experts. This role requires a department leader who can navigate the ever changing AdTech landscape, deepen our strategic partnership with Google, and ensure TRKKN remains the undisputed leader in the GMP ecosystem.

How You Will Make an Impact…

* Own the organizational design, growth, and leadership development
for the entire EMEA AdTech division. You will scale a world-class, multi-country team, fostering a culture of innovation and mentorship to develop the next generation of AdTech leaders at TRKKN.
* Develop and own the end-to-end commercial strategy and P&L
for the AdTech EMEA business. You will define revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and ensure sustainable, profitable growth in close alignment with regional leadership and our strategic partners at Google.
* Act as the senior executive sponsor for our key clients and for Google
, representing TRKKN's AdTech capabilities at the highest level to drive growth, client satisfaction, and strategic alignment.
* Direct the evolution of our AdTech service and product portfolio
, ensuring it remains cutting-edge and aligned with market needs - from cookieless solutions to data-driven innovations, CTV shift and the agentic world. You will drive operational excellence by setting standards for processes and tools across all EMEA teams.
* Serve as a prominent thought leader
internally and externally, shaping industry dialogue on the future of AdTech and positioning TRKKN at the forefront of the digital transformation.

The Person We Are Looking For…

* Possesses a deep, strategic command
of the AdTech and Digital Marketing landscape, with a comprehensive understanding of the Google Marketing Platform's commercial and strategic application.
* A demonstrable track record of leading and scaling
multi-layered, international teams, with experience managing managers and developing leadership talent.
* A proven commercial leader
who combines a visionary, strategic mindset with a track record of operational excellence. Must have experience owning a P&L, a business unit, or a significant book of business.
* Exceptional executive presence
and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders from C-level clients to key partners at Google.
* An entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindset
, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and a desire to be in the driver's seat of transformation.
* Is an excellent communicator in fluent English; proficiency in German is a plus.
* Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Has the ability to travel at least 15% of the time.

As a plus...

* Connected TV (CTV) Strategy:
Proven ability to develop strategies for CTV advertising, including measurement, audience activation, and navigating the European or global broadcaster landscape. You understand the programmatic opportunities and challenges in this rapidly growing channel.
* Publisher-Side Expertise:
Deep understanding of the publisher ecosystem and sell-side ad technology, specifically Google Ad Manager (GAM). This includes knowledge of publisher monetisation strategies, yield management, and how to leverage publisher data for advertiser benefit.
* Future of AdTech Operations:
A forward-thinking perspective on the role of AI and automation. This includes initial experience with or a strong strategic understanding of 'agentic' workflows, where AI agents can drive operational efficiency, campaign management, and data analysis.
